Dorset Felt Roofing was established in 1968 and has seen a few different ownerships during this time. Recently Ian Duffie of ID Roofing, has acquired the business after successfully working in the roofing industry for over 26 years. He will be brining his experience and knowledge to this new venture.
This is a circular situation as Ian actually started his career with Dorset Felt Roofing in 1990 and has come full circle to become the proud owner of the business.
Ian Duffie’s speciality is Felf Roofing & GRP Roofing (which is fibre glass roofs) in which he aims to give a professional and bespoke service for each customer. Sometimes just the mention of “flat roof” sends home owners into a panic but most modern flat roofs have an average lifespan of 20 years, so you would probably only have to replace it two or maybe three times during a lifetime. Flat roofs tend to be cheaper and can be used aesthetically as a feature point.
Fascias and Guttering is also a service provided by Ian, therefore you have the possibility of a “turn-key” product for all your flat roofing needs.
All work is considered from small private jobs to contract work, in which all elements are carried out in the same dedicated manner.
